Returns and Exchanges
At Half Acre House, our goal is to provide you with beautiful, quality products and a speedy, hassle-free buying/shipping experience. However, please keep in mind that we’re not Amazon…yet. If you need to make a return or there is a problem with your order, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Mark our words, we’ll do all we can to make things right. Scout’s honor!
We want to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your Half Acre product(s), so we are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after the date of your purchase assuming you meet these return eligibility requirements:
You’ve contacted us at firstname.lastname@example.org and have included: Your order number, reason(s) for your return, and note the specific item(s) you are returning. Please include a photo, if applicable.
Your product(s) are undamaged and in their original selling condition (unless damage was due to shipping).
You’ve shipped the product(s) back to us in their original packaging along with your order invoice/packing slip. Ship to the address below:

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.
Upon successfully meeting the above return eligibility requirements and receiving your returned order, we’ll issue you a refund to your credit card within 5-10 business days.
Returning Custom Products
We do not accept returns for custom products (unless the product has an error explicitly caused by Half Acre House).
